Built upon a training-first philosophy, Company dancers are encouraged to grow not only as performers, but as thoughtful, disciplined, and versatile artists within a supportive and encouraging environment.

At Fort Dance, we believe strong dancers are developed through consistency, curiosity, intentional training, and healthy mentorship. Our goal is to create a space where dancers feel challenged, inspired, and genuinely connected to both their training and their community.

Evaluations & Placement

Company placement is evaluation-based and designed to help determine the best environment for each dancer’s growth and development.

Evaluations may take place in private or small-group settings in order to create a more personal and supportive experience for dancers and families.
