Senior Company

Ages 14 to 18

Where advanced dancers refine their craft, expand their artistry, and train with intention.

Senior Company is designed for dedicated dancers who are ready for an advanced and highly focused training environment. Dancers train five days each week in ballet, modern, technique, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop, Acro, and Progressing Ballet Technique, with occasional Saturday rehearsals throughout the season, while continuing to deepen their technical precision, versatility, artistry, and performance maturity.

At this level, training emphasizes refinement, consistency, creative exploration, and the ability to adapt across multiple styles and choreographic processes. Dancers are challenged to think critically, work collaboratively, apply corrections independently, and approach both rehearsals and classes with professionalism and intention.

Throughout the season, dancers may participate in performances, conventions, workshops, auditions, and optional competitive company choreography depending on their individual goals and level of involvement. Faculty mentorship extends beyond technical training to include artistry, rehearsal process, performance quality, leadership, audition preparation, and guidance for dancers pursuing opportunities beyond high school, including college dance programs, professional pathways, conventions, and industry auditions.

Senior Company is built for dancers who are serious about their training, value both discipline and creativity, and want to grow within a supportive, artist-driven environment.
