Classes

Pre-Company

Ages 5 to 8

Where creativity begins to meet structure, discipline, and technique.

Pre-Company is where more focused training begins. Designed for dancers ages five to eight, this program builds a strong foundation in ballet, jazz, and contemporary through classes that remain warm, encouraging, and creatively engaging while introducing greater structure and discipline.

At this stage, dancers begin developing healthy alignment, musicality, classroom focus, and strong technical habits. They learn how to apply corrections, work collaboratively with classmates, and carry themselves with professionalism both in the studio and on stage.

Pre-Company dancers train in a weekly hour-and-a-half class block, with occasional rehearsals, workshops, or performance opportunities throughout the season. Dancers also have the option to expand their training through additional classes in Progressing Ballet Technique, Acro, and Tap.

Pre-Company is designed to prepare dancers for company-track training without rushing the process. The pace is intentional, the expectations are age-appropriate, and the foundation is built to support long-term growth.
